Applied Vacuum Technology manufactures a complete line of CF, KF, and ISO Vacuum flanges and fittings. Many sizes and configurations are available for immediate shipment. All vacuum flanges and fittings are cleaned and packaged so they are ready for immediate use as received. We also have gaskets and hardware sets for convenient installation of your vacuum components.

All of our vacuum flanges and fittings are manufactured from high quality, low carbon 304L stainless steel bar and plate stock to ensure the integrity of your vacuum system. Low carbon stainless steel is much less susceptible to carbide precipitation and cracking at welded joints and its use is imperative in applications where vacuum componenets will be exposed to temperature in excess of 450°C.

Our CF flanges are fully compatible with Conflat® style vacuum flanges and fittings made by other manufacturers. These flanges and fittings are readily available in sizes from 1.33" OD to 16.5" OD in both rotatable and non-rotatable configurations. Likewise, AVT manufactures all ISO and KF and ISO flanges to ISO standards, ensuring compatibility with all other flanges manufactured to the same standard. They are readily available in sizes from ISO 63 to ISO 500 and NW 10 to NW 50.
