Applied Vacuum Technology offers custom vacuum chambers, parts, weldments, and chambers made to your drawings or specifications. We have extensive experience and capabilities in the manufacturing of ultra high vacuum system components and overall vacuum design. Our products routinely operate at pressures below 10^-10 Torr.

We can turn your vacuum designs into hardware using your 3D CAD model, formal drawings or informal sketches and specifications. If your vacuum design was generated using computer aided design software, we can import files from most of the popular CAD programs. Or, if you have questions regarding the needs of your vacuum chambers or other vacuum components, our engineering department can consult with your development team, or provide a complete design solution.

Whether your vacuum components are small enough to hold in your hand or large enough to stand inside, one-of-kind or used by the thousand, we have fabrication skills and equipment to suit the needs of your custom vacuum design.
